- Contact information for Popintos Style Studio is sent electronically after booking online.

- Please be on time for your appointment. Please ring the doorbell when you arrive.

- All booking deposits are $25 or $50. All deposits go towards the final cost of your style. 

- The booking/deposit fee confirms your appointment.

- Final payments are paid in cash, paypal, cashapp, venmo or through Zelle. 

- Clients must be 12 years and older.

- Human hair and synthetic curly hair are provided by the studio.

- The client can bring their own hair and prices will be adjusted accordingly.

- Please buy the best quality human hair you can afford. Human hair on a weft should be at least 22 inches. Bulk human hair should be at least 18-20 inches.

- Human hair is available for purchase in our e-commerce store. 

- Please notify us at least 48 hours out of courtesy prior to canceling your appointment for a convenient reschedule.

- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless the studio has to reschedule or cancel.

- Same day MAJOR style change is NOT ALLOWED.

HAIR REQUIREMENTS:

 

- Your natural hair must be cleaned and product free (no more than 3 days).

- Your natural hair must be completely detangled and blow dried from roots to tips for all styles (no exceptions).

- Lack of preparation will result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit forfeited.

- If you have any scalp conditions; bald spots, thin edges, hair breakages, please inform me.

- Hair styles may take longer on different clients' based on hair texture. Please be patient.

HUMAN HAIR PREPARATION REQUIRED BEFORE APPOINTMENT: 

 

- It is advisable to drop your human hair 1 day before your appointment for the stylist to prep the hair. Prepping takes a lot of time and can save up to 2 hours out of your braiding/sitting time. If the hair was purchased through this site or included in the price, the stylist will prep the hair prior to the client’s appointment.

LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS:

 

- Last minute and VIP Appointment requests are permitted

LATE POLICY:

- No Call No Show = Cancelled appointment and Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless the studio has to reschedule or cancel.

- No major style changes on the day of appointment.

- Appointments are subject to cancelation after 30 minutes of lateness.
